“what does flooring cost?”
- Again flooring has a huge rand of product costs but typically land between $4.00 – $7.00 / sqf
- Install is between $2.50 – $3.00 / sqf
- Stairs are charged by the step, and will have a range depending on materials, riser materials, and nosing selections. With a typical price of $45 – $65/ step
- Repairing and leveling subfloors is charged by the hour.
- Removing old materials is charged by the hour.
